The signature champagne from Veuve Clicquot, this Yellow Label release presents a fine balance between ripe fruit, grape, apple and orange flavour notes and more subtle toasty notes. Notes of white fruits and raisins give way into notes of brioche and vanilla with bottle aging.

This signature champagne gains its structure from the predominant presence of pinot noir (50-55%), roundness from meunier (15-20%) and elegance from chardonnay (28-33%). Each bottle contains 20 to 40% of reserve wines, aged up to 20 years for more intensity.
