Hyke Gin is sustainably made, using table grapes surplus to the supermarket supply chain. The grape spirit is blended with grain spirit and flavoured with a unique blend of botanicals inspired by the grapes’ global origins, including coriander, myrrh and rooibos for a bold flavour profile.
